The article reveals the types of violations of antimonopoly requirements in the field of procurement. The law enforcement practice is analyzed for the detection and suppression of violations that limit competition in the field of procurement. In light of this, the importance of conducting tenders in compliance with the principles of a competitive environment, preventing infringement of participants and avoiding unacceptable refusal to participate in competitive procedures is justified. Particular attention is paid to the role of bidders, who are responsible for creating fair and transparent conditions for all participants, as well as cases of excessive or unreasonable demands on bidders and the goods offered.
