The article examines the features of the regulatory nature of the legal positions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation. The author comes to the conclusion that since the decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation have particular importance for maintaining Russian law order, the legal positions formed in them not only reflect the argumentative and evidentiary logic of constitutional justice but they also have the properties (qualities) of a regulatory influence of various social relations, aimed — in pursuance of the Constitution of Russia, its norms, principles and values — at their streamlining.
