The Correlation Between Civil Law and Special Regulation of Provisional Measures Under a Defense Contract

The author, based on a comparison of the prescriptions of special legislative acts on the contract system and on the defense order with the provisions of the current civil legislation, investigated the peculiarities of legal regulation of ways to ensure the fulfillment of obligations under the defense order.
