Features of legislative consolidation of the reasons and grounds for initiating a criminal case in the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Tajikistan

The article reveals the specifics of the use of the concepts of reasons and grounds for initiating a criminal case in the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Tajikistan. The author tries to find an explanation for the specifics of the verbal constructions used by the legislator. A broad interpretation of the grounds for initiating a criminal case is given.
