In this paper, both edge and mixed metric dimensions of Johnson graphs J₍, ₊ are considered. A new tight lower bound for E (J₍, ₊) based on hitting sets has been obtained. Using this bound, exact values for E (J₍, ₂) and M (J₍, ₂) have been derived, and it is proved that E (J₍, ₂) = M (J₍, ₂).
