This paper is devoted to introducing the basic introduction to neutrosophic set theory. Neutrosophic laws defined by the partial algebra are totally (100%) true. We study three types of neutrosophic sets H1tI, H2tI and H3tI, and defined the notions of empty neutrosophic set, universal neutrosophic set, equality of neutrosophic set, neutrosophic subsets, complement of neutrosophic set, and their properties.
