Every year, public interest in learning Arabic continues to grow. However, in practice, there are obstacles in learning Arabic. Arabic language tutoring institutions emerge as a solution to help students achieve their desired goals. The aim of this study is to analyze and understand the Arabic language learning process at the Santri Privat Institute to identify the problems that occur and find solutions to ensure effective Arabic language learning. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects of this study are all students who take Arabic language learning packages with 4-12 meetings per week, each lasting 1 hour. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data was analyzed using the techniques of data collection, data reduction, data verification, and data presentation. The results of the study indicate that Arabic language learning at the Santri Privat Institute can be classified into children's and teenagers and adults' categories.
