Abstract Introduction All drivers, before working with cement manufacturers, follow an accreditation and authorization process which integrates several training courses, awareness-raising and assessments ensuring their ability to drive safely. Also, monitoring is managed by GPS or IVMS with a particular follow of each behavior and risks related to each journey. Materials and Methods Drivers have passports tracking all history of assessments, training and recorded behaviors. This passport also monitors employee training and behavior refresher training. Results and Conclusions Drivers have evolved in their understanding of risk in the same way as own employees and actively participate in initiatives and the promotion of road safety.
