About strategy development of the national health care system of Ukraine

A study of the directions of strategic development of the National Health Service of Ukraine, in accordance with the tasks of the program documents of the WHO, in modern wartime conditions, was conducted. The need to organize PMD in Ukraine in accordance with the practice of EU countries is substantiated. It has been proven that the economic availability of medical care in Ukraine should aim at generally recognized indicators of EU countries. It was determined that the system of guaranteeing quality and ensuring the efficiency of the provision of medical care is made up National protocols and National standards for providing medical care. The strategy for organizing the work of the National Health Service of Ukraine in wartime conditions needs to be worked out. Cooperation with the public sector regarding the development of the NHS of Ukraine should be carried out taking into account the practice of EU countries and the recommendations of the WHO European Bureau.
