Early childhood speech delays have a significant impact on their language and communication development. Interaction with the social environment requires language as a means of connecting, because good communication will affect children's social relationships, learning abilities, and cognitive development. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors of speech delay in children with special needs with hyperactive behavior at SPS Putra Putri Pertiwi 01 Batu City. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach. Data were obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the analysis show that there are several factors that play a role in speech delay in children with hyperactive behavior at SPS Putra Putri Pertiwi 01 Batu City. These factors include: 1) gender 2) food consumption 3) lack of stimulus from parents, 4) influence of gadgets and 5) lack of support from the surrounding environment in communicating.
