The purpose of this study is to explore the process of physical educatio n teachers' preparation for the teaching profession and to derive their exp eriences. For this purpose, three scholars who passed the teaching professi on examination were selected as research participants. in-depth interviews and secondary data collection were conducted to collect data, and inductiv e analysis method was used to analyze data. The results of the study we re divided into the following themes: 1. Different opportunities to prepare f or the teaching profession, 2. Passion for the teaching profession examinat ion, 3. Uneven preparation process, and 4. Do you want to prepare for the teaching profession? The discussion was developed into the following the mes: 1. Feelings of revisiting the appointment examination, 2. Is the profe ssion worth the challenge? As a result, it was possible to explore the act ual preparation for the teaching profession through the preparation process of physical education teachers, and it is necessary to do research on the p reparation process for the teaching profession in various regions.
