This study aims to analyze the characteristics of educational governance and education policy of Yoon Suk Yeol Government(Yoon Government). As an educational governance is a form or foundation of policy contents, first of all, the author focuses on the educational governance of Yoon Government. And then, analyzing main policies of Yoon Government, the author try to reveal the dialectical relations of educational governance and education policy. The results of this study are as follows. Firstly it is found that “Ministry of Education-led educational governance” (‘MOE-led governance’) is established by the complex condition of Education Commission sailing, buoying conservative superintendents, and the appointment problem of Minister of Education in addition to regime change. Secondly the author finds that while the education policy of Yoon Government is get into stride after inauguration of Minister Lee Ju Ho, it is characterised by the full-fledged “new privatization education policy” which is took a step forward than neo-liberal education policy. Thirdly the author recognizes that MOE-led governance is the essential or prerequisite element of new privatization education policy of Yoon Government.
