We talk about arrogance and tyranny as a formative basis for many ugly psychological traits, which in turn cause vice effects whose impact on the reality of societies is destructive to their balanced moral systems. Therefore, the issues of arrogance and tyranny can be classified as factors that produce some social diseases. In this research, we will take a historical example of those whose cases of arrogance and tyranny escalated, reaching its extreme stages of arrogance, which is the tyrant Pharaoh who lived in the time of the Prophet of God Moses (peace be upon him), and whose story was presented in the Qur’an repeatedly because it represents the clearest symbolism of tyranny, so the Holy Qur’an presented it in various forms. He pointed out its characteristics, characteristics, effects, results, and consequences in an integrated textual approach. In the images and pages of history, tyrannical figures and events emerged that were arrogant towards creation and the Creator. Among them were the rulers of the Umayyads and the Abbas, from which the research will discuss some tyrannical images
