This research aims (1) to determine the influence of Teacher Professional Competency on Teacher Performance at SMK N 1 Amurang, (2) to determine the influence of Teacher Pedagogical Competency on Teacher Performance at SMK N 1 Amurang, (3) to determine the influence of Teacher Personality Competency on Performance Teachers at SMK N 1 Amurang, (4) ) to determine the influence of Teacher Social Competence on Teacher Performance at SMK N 1 Amurang, (5) to determine the influence of Professional, Pedagogical, Personality and Social Competencies together on Teacher Performance at SMK N 1 Amurang. The method in this research uses a survey research method, where the research instrument is a questionnaire that has been tested and meets the validity and reliability test requirements. Data were analyzed using regression analysis, simple and multiple correlation. The population in this study were all teachers at SMK N 1 Amurang. The sampling technique used was random sampling with a level of 5% with a sample size of 65 people. The results of the research show that: (1) there is an influence of Teacher Professional Competency on Teacher Performance at SMK N 1 Amurang, (2) there is an influence of Teacher Pedagogical Competency on Teacher Performance at SMK N 1 Amurang, (3) there is an influence of Teacher Personality Competency on Teacher Performance at SMK N 1 Amurang, (4) there is an influence of Teacher Social Competency on Teacher Performance at SMK N 1 Amurang, (5) there is an influence of Professional, Pedagogical, Personality and Social Competency together on Teacher Performance at SMK N 1 Amurang.
