The objectives of the study revealed that: 1) the level of work values, workplace spirituality, and employee engagement of supervisor in a group of packaging company; 2) the relationship between work values and workplace spirituality with employee engagement of supervisor in a group of packaging company; and 3) the influence of work values and workplace spirituality as predictor to employee engagement of supervisor in a group of packaging company. The samples of the research include 120 staff in a group of packaging company. Personal data, work values, workplace spirituality, and employee engagement questionnaires were used to collect the data. The data were analyzed with statistical computer software. The statistics used for data analysis were mean, percentage, standard deviation, Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient, and enter multiple regression analysis. The results of the study revealed that: 1) the level of work values of supervisor in a group of packaging company was at a very high level. While supervisor in a group of packaging company had rather high level workplace spirituality with employee engagement. 2) Work values and workplace spirituality were positively related to employee engagement of supervisor in a group of packaging company with .01 level of significance (r = .293 and .335, respectively); and 3) Work values and workplace spirituality could jointly predict employee engagement of supervisor in a group of packaging company around 7.10 percent at the .01 level of significance.
