The Interaction Between Guardianship and Custodianship Agencies and State and Municipal Institutions (Organizations) for Orphans and Abandoned Children

The scientific article examines the problems of interdepartmental interaction of guardianship and guardianship authorities with institutions (organizations) for orphans and departments of various directions, whose activities are related to the activities of such institutions. Proposals are increasingly being made to reform the guardianship authorities and institutions for orphaned children by bringing them to a single model of subordination. Such proposals, as well as cases of negligence by employees of institutions and guardianship authorities, which caused a wide public outcry, were the beginning of a global process of restructuring the child protection system in our state. In view of the policy pursued by the RF in this area, deinstitutionalization as part of the reform of these institutions, the author reveals the existing problems of interdepartmental interaction; separately highlights the role of guardianship and guardianship authorities, suggests possible solutions to some problems by amending the legislation of the subjects of the RF.
