A note on regularity conditions on Leavitt path algebras over commutative rings

In this article we show that , for an arbitrary graph E, LR(E) is von Neumann regular implies LR(E) is π-regular which implies E is acyclic. And we show If LR(E) is strongly π-regular, then LR(E) is π-regular.
