Mod₇₊-enriched -categories are left Hk-module objects of Cat_^Sp and Cat_^Sp-enriched -functors

We establish the feasibility of investigating the theory of Mod₇₊-enriched -categories, where Hk is the Eilenberg-Maclane Spectrum associated with a commutative and unitary ring k, through the framework of Sp-enriched -category theory. In particular, we prove that the -category of Mod₇₊-enriched -categories Cat_^Mod₇₊, -category of left Hk-module objects of the -category of Sp-enriched -categories Cat_^Sp LMod₇₊ (Cat_^Sp) and the -category of Cat_^Sp-enriched -functors Fun^Cat_{^Sp} ({Hk}, Cat_^Sp) are equivalent.
