The paper is an integral part of the project "Research on the use of digital products in the Georgian tourism sector" which won the internal grant projects competition of Grigol Robakidze University. Digital technologies have brought great changes in many areas of business. Tourism businesses today rely heavily on digital processes to be efficient and competitive. The COVID-19 pandemic has facilitated the need for digital business practices as travelers request digital communications, online sales and contactless solutions. The experience gained from the Covid pandemic has helped the tourism business to gain more digitization/ flexibility for the tourism product. The aim of the paper was to highlight the importance of using digital technologies for business management and growth through qualitative and quantitative research. Consequently, to reveal consumer demand for digital services in the tourism sector after the Covid pandemic.
