Constitutional Court of the Kyrgyz Republic in the System of Public Authorities of the Kyrgyz Republic

The special place of the Constitutional Court of the Kyrgyz Republic in the system of government bodies for the protection of the constitution, its constitutional and legal status is considered. An analysis of the opinions of leading scientists and judges who studied issues related to the role of the Constitutional Court of the Kyrgyz Republic in the system of state power and its status was carried out. The study concluded that the Constitutional Court of the Kyrgyz Republic, in its activities, determines legal positions related to the sources of constitutional law.
