The review of the book, published under the editorship of Professor Yuri Nikolaevich Starilov, notes the importance of the school of administrative law that has been formed over 25 years, which is officially included in the list of leading scientific schools of Voronezh State University. The views of Yu. N. Starilov on issues of modern administrative and legal policy and its influence on determining the priorities for the development of Russian legislation, ensuring the progress of public legal relations, are briefly assessed. The scientific works of scientists — colleagues of Yu. N. Starilov on various topical problems of the Russian science of administrative law are analyzed. A conclusion is drawn about the scientific and practical significance of the book under review.
