Predictive Effect of Alternative Insulin Resistance Indexes on Adverse Cardiovascular Events in Patients with Metabolic Syndrome with Heart Failure

Metabolic Syndrome (MS) greatly increases the risk of heart disease and Heart Failure(HF). Insulin Resistance (IR) is considered to be the key to the pathophysiology of MS. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the predictive effect of different alternative indicators of IR on adverse cardiovascular events in patients with MS complicated with HF.
