Redevelopment and Reconstruction According to the Law: Permission, Agreement, Responsibility

This article discusses a pressing issue related to redevelopment and reconstruction according to the law (permission, approval, liability). The author emphasizes that over the past few years, more and more people have begun to think about how they can improve their living conditions without violating the norms of current legislation. Within the framework of this scientific article, the main legislative provisions that establish the conditions and procedure for the reconstruction and redevelopment of real estate objects are systematized: a definition of the reconstruction and redevelopment of real estate objects is given, their content is disclosed, and in addition, the legal consequences of the unauthorized implementation of reconstruction and redevelopment and liability measures are determined. In addition, the author examines the issues of regulating consent and permitting procedures for carrying out these types of work, the procedure for their implementation, construction control and supervision, depending on the real estate objects subject to reconstruction and redevelopment.
