Industry-education integration emphasizes the deep integration between higher education and the industry, highlighting the close connection between the educational process and industrial development. Through methods such as university-enterprise cooperation and integration of production and education, it aims to improve the quality of education and talent cultivation. In the context of industry-education integration, higher education curriculum construction faces new requirements and challenges. Curriculum content needs to closely align with the mainstream and cutting-edge developments in industrial technology and applications, incorporating the latest scientific research findings, practical application experiences, and changes in social demand into the curriculum teaching. This implies that curriculum content should be forward-looking, reflecting industry development trends, while also being innovative to inspire students' creativity and critical thinking. Based on this, this paper takes the construction of the "Customer Relationship Management" course as an example, exploring how to construct a forward-looking, innovative, and practical curriculum system under the background of industry-education integration, using a combination of online resources and offline teaching to provide students with a training model that better meets the needs of industrial development.
