Powers of Local Self-Government Authorities in the Fire Safety Sphere: Problems of the Law Enforcement Practice

The article provides an analysis of the execution by local self-government bodies of local authorities and the granting of their state powers in the field of fire safety, as well as certain aspects of bringing municipal officials to responsibility for their failure to fulfill various state powers and powers of local significance.
