The use of manufacturing cycle efficiency (MCE), which has appeared as a key strategy to dramatically boost the efficiency of production, is examined in this research. MCE gives production the tools it needs to handle waste, bottlenecks, and interruptions efficiently, which boosts output, profitability, and competitiveness. This research finds No-Value-Added (NVA) processes and calculates MCE using a thorough methodology that combines qualitative and quantitative methodologies, through deep discussions and field investigations in the automotive industry. The results presented in this paper highlight the substantial waste that is created during the manufacturing process, underscoring the pressing need for change. This paper offers practical suggestions together with fresh viewpoints on how to maximize the automotive industry's production cycle efficiency. In summary, industry stakeholders may improve their competitiveness and efficiently adjust to a changing business climate by using this study as a beneficial reference.
