Zein/fucoidan‐coated phytol nanoliposome: preparation, characterization, physicochemical stability, in vitro release, and antioxidant activity

To improve phytol bioavailability, a novel method of magnetic stirring and high-pressure homogenization (HPH) combination was used to prepare zein/fucoidan-coated phytol nanoliposomes (P-NL-ZF). The characterization, the simulated in vitro digestion, and the antioxidant activity of these phytol nanoliposomes from the different processes have been studied.
