The analysis of practical experience of designing a model of methodical pedagogical work on elimination of professional competences deficits, implemented on the basis of informal education in the digital educational environment is presented. The organizational structure of multilevel model of methodical pedagogical work by means of informal education is offered and substantiated, managerial functions of each level are characterized. The article formulates requirements to organization of the main measures of the model, gives recommendations on realisation of the cognitive activity of the teacher in the digital educational environment by means of informal education.
