On Tendencies of the Contemporary Criminal Policy in the Corruption Combating Sphere

The article analyzes the main trends of criminal policy in the field of combating crime at the present stage. A general conclusion is made about the need to conceptualize Russian criminal policy based on the implementation of a crime prevention strategy (concept), the formation of a unified law to combat crime.
