It analyzes the scientific, theoretical and practical aspects of the concepts of "crime prevention" and "crime prevention" and defines the specific aspects of these concepts. In addition, the article describes the judicial reforms implemented in the field of crime prevention in the Republic of Uzbekistan and a number of factors causing the occurrence of crimes in society.
