Aiming at overcoming the difficulties of actual test and demonstration in commercial space launch missions and the lack of visualized analysis tools, this paper studies the digital modeling technology for commercial space launch, and proposes solutions to problems such as multi-module parallel assembly testing with short intervals, spatiotemporal coordination for comprehensive process and technical interface matching etc. Models for the analysis and calculation of explosion range, noise impact, and geological environment are created, which has achieved quick customization and flexible assembly of simulation and modeling for complex process, as well as a data evaluation model for digitalized collaboration under multiple problem domain situations, optimizing the process of space launch activities in commercial field.
