Abstract One of the essential prerequisites for increasing nonprofit organizations' effectiveness is the management's quality. The proposed Plan‐Do‐Check‐Act‐based evaluation method enables the NGO management analysis to identify shortcomings and allows benchmarking according to the quality of management processes for continuous improvement. The case evaluation study shows the application results, and their interpretation synthesizes the method's benefits and drawbacks.
