Prospects of Development of the Digital Notarial System in Russia

The article is devoted to the prospects for the development of digital notary in the Russian Federation. The rapid introduction of digital technologies into the activities of the notary requires detailed consideration, it is necessary to analyze in which direction the digital modernization of the notary will develop. During the research, private scientific methods were used, as well as comparative analysis, literary review, interpretation of legal norms, deduction, induction. According to the results of the study, the author’s definition of the definition “digitalization of the notary” is given, the main directions of digitalization of the notary are highlighted, it is proved that the development and implementation of the Mobile Notary application will allow citizens to receive legal services without leaving home or office, will expand the capabilities of a modern notary.
