Special Aspects of the Administrative Law Status of Citizens of the Russian Federation

The article considers the main provisions of the administrative and legal status of citizens of the Russian Federation, exactly the rights, obligations and guarantees of Russian citizens in the field of administrative and legal regulation. Current data of the participation of the citizens in political life and measures of state coercion when somebody violate the legislation during the process of the implementation of the rights were analyzed.
