Visual impairment is basically related to vision problem that can be far or nearer distance. In worldwide, billion people are suffering from the issue. So, as a solution of their problem, various technologies have taken place such as robot, other industrial facilities playing important role. Visual impair persons are struggling their daily life such as finding out the daily used objects or paying money to others and as a result patients are completely depending on other person. The proposed work is to make an attempt where visually impaired patients can detect and recognize objects and can respond in the form of speech generation. Above all, the proposed system will help the patient to recognize the real world objects and its surrounds through the text to speech communication without depending near one and any type of machines which is mostly used for visual impaired patient. YOLO (You Only Look Once) is employed in this proposed work. This algorithm detects things in real-time with great accuracy, and research has proven that it is faster and superior to previous object detection algorithms. The system will be constructed utilizing YOLO, a computer vision technique that has been translated to torch script format for interoperability with mobile devices. This combination of technologies results in a highly effective system that not only detects items in the surroundings in real time for visually impaired folks, but also provides voice instruction for them. Overall, the goal of this proposed work is to challenge present methods and enhance the lives of visually impaired people by giving them with a tool for identifying items in their environment and travelling more safely. The proposed system is related to the issue to detect and identify the real time objects and will get some alert.
