The Battery Management System (BMS) is a critical component in Electric Vehicles (EVs) that ensures the safe and optimal performance of the battery pack. Lead Acid Batteries state of Charge, Voltage, Current and the Charge capacity are Continuously Monitored by the system. The Proposed Work uses a Wireless Local Area Network. The total statistics Collected by the system are analyzed. The malfunction of the battery is monitored continuously and sudden charge & discharge voltage of battery bank and battery conditions are viewed with help of Internet of Things module. The temperature of the battery is continuously monitored and when it reaches the threshold, the battery output is suddenly cut off and a buzzer sound gives an alert. The entire work is simulated in Proteus and the software results are verified with Hardware Implementation.
