Numerical analysis of electrostatic field problems is widely demanded in science and engineering. Boundary element methods based on integral equations are popular due to its high efficiency. Conventional boundary element methods require conformal meshing on the interface between two dielectric objects, which is more complicated than non-conformal meshing in terms of mesh generation. This paper presents an integral method compatible with non-conformal meshes on the interface between contacting objects, thus reducing the meshing complexity for dielectric objects in contact. Numerical tests and comparison with traditional methods are shown in this paper also.
