The Unified Public Government System in the Russian Federation

The article is devoted to the unified system of public power in the Russian Federation. In it, the author considers the unified system of public power as a system of systems consisting of a system of state power and a system of municipal power. The purposes, tasks, components, purpose, principles of functioning of each of the systems are analyzed.
