Examining Drivers of Use and Satisfaction for MyTelkomsel Mobile Application: An Integrated TAM, UTAUT2, and Delone & McLean View

This study integrates TAM, UTAUT2 and Delone & McLean models to examine drivers of use and satisfaction for the MyTelkomsel mobile application.A survey of 400 users analyzed how information quality, system quality, perceived usefulness, ease of use, performance expectancy, habit, service quality, and use affect satisfaction.The results found information quality and perceived ease of use to be significant factors impacting usage.The findings provide valuable practical insights for mobile telecommunication providers to focus on content and interface design elements that enhance adoption of their applications.
