Kutafin Moscow State Law University: Equal Among the First

The article describes the history of the formation and development of the O. E. Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MGUA), which began in 1931. Such a long way is considered in the article through the prism of the formation of scientific schools of the University, the development of academic education, the practical application of acquired knowledge and the education of the future legal elite of the country. The current stage of the University’s development is considered in the context of the implementation of the Strategic Development Program.
