The timely provision of medical care directly depends on the well-planned time of the medical staff. The use of information systems and decision support systems can improve efficiency and reduce healthcare costs. A difficult problem to solve in medical information systems is the uncertainty of information associated with the failure to meet the conditions for completeness and reliability of incoming information when organizing the work of a medical institution. The use of a fuzzy logic mechanism in decision support systems to assess the staffing of a medical institution will allow taking into account the influence of many factors at the initial decision-making stage, which will contribute to improving the efficiency of the personnel of a medical organization.
