This study aims to develop a mobile game for auditory rehabilitation training targeted at individuals with hearing impairments. The game was developed utilizing the contents of the 'Meari' app, which was developed in previous research, with a focus on stimulating interest and motivation for continuous learning, as well as enhancing the hearing and language functions of individuals with hearing impairments.Specifically, the game includes an OX quiz, a word quiz, and a survival quiz, designed to train listening and speaking and facilitate rehabilitation treatment simultaneously. Moreover, it was developed as a mobile application intended to offer training to anyone, anytime and anywhere, overcoming time, space, and cost constraints. The usability evaluation by the expert group resulted in scores of 4.53(SD = .85)for ease of use, 4.02(SD = .79)for educational value, 4.45(SD = .80)for interest, and 4.25(SD = .86)for interactivity, and the results for hearing-impaired individuals were also analyzed. These results indicate that mobile games are suitable and effective for auditory rehabilitation training.Based on the research results, the implications of social welfare were analyzed, and the proposed method was used to improve performance and UX/UI by collecting the usage experiences of a more significant number of hard of hearing individuals in the future.
