Feasibility and Effectiveness of Repeat Laparoscopic Pyeloplasty for Recurrent Ureteropelvic Junction Obstruction in Pediatric Patients

To assess the outcomes of redo laparoscopic pyeloplasty (RLP) in pediatric patients with recurrent ureteropelvic junction obstruction (UPJO) in contrast to redo open pyeloplasty (ROP). In addition, evaluate the feasibility and efficacy of RLP as a treatment modality for recurrent UPJO in children.
