The most important material used by the construction sector is river sand. All around the world, it has been extensively utilized. Sand supplies are restricted as a result of the lack of sand availability. Because of the limited quantity of sand, sand costs are rising. However, because the sand does not renew itself continuously, waste from the river is behind the river dams. The employment of mechanical dredgers destroys riverine habitats. In this regard, the use of sand as a building material has quickly depleted riverbeds and raised a number of environmental concerns. The construction sector is facing significant challenges due to the scarcity of water and sand, as well as the substandard quality of sand used in building. There is rising awareness of the harm that results from a sand addiction. Alternatives to sand in cement and concrete are being discovered by certain scientists. Consequently, in an effort to promote green building, sand-free plastering is currently being investigated as a possible alternative to regular sand plastering. In contrast to conventional plaster materials that contain sand, the proposed study will look into the physical characteristics of the sand-free plaster materials. The design and development of an automated robotic system for sand-free plastering in green buildings is also covered in the research.
