Leveraging Quantum Computing for Inclusive and Responsible AI Development: A Conceptual and Review Framework

This paper proposes a novel conceptual framework that integrates the advanced capabilities of quantum computing to address the urgent need for responsible and inclusive Artificial Intelligence (AI) development.
