Criminalistic characteristics of the involvement of minors in the illegal production, production, purchase, storage, transportation, transportation or sale of narcotics, psychotropic substances or their analogues

The article defines the concept of the criminalistic characteristics of the involvement of minors in illegal production, manufacture, acquisition, storage, transportation, forwarding or sale of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues and outlines its main structural elements. In the course of the research, it was determined that the forensic characteristics of criminal offenses is a system of generalized data on the most typical signs of a certain type (group) of criminal illegal acts, which are manifested in the method and mechanism of the act, the circumstances of its commission, the person of the subject of the criminal offense, other circumstances, natural the interrelationship of which is the basis for the scientific and practical performance of the tasks of criminal proceedings. The element-component composition of the criminalistic characteristics of the involvement of minors in the illegal production, manufacture, acquisition, storage, transportation, forwarding or sale of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues, as based on the practice of law enforcement agencies and forensic studies of the data system, includes: the subject of the offense (means and substances listed in Article 307 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, namely narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogues and precursors); ways of preparing, committing, concealing and opposing the investigation as the behavior of individuals; trace picture (includes material traces: traces of production, manufacture, storage, transportation, sale or purchase of narcotic drugs; traces of drug use; traces of the influence of narcotic drugs on the human body) and ideal ones, which are reflected in human memory and find their expression as testimony of witnesses, victims, suspects)); typological features of the identity of the criminal and the identity of the victim (peculiarities of socio-demographic characteristics of persons who involve minors and victimization of minors).
