Life and Scientific Heritage of Professor Ivan S. Samoshchenko (Remembrances to the 100th Anniversary of the Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation)

The article is devoted to the life and work of Professor Ivan S. Samoshchenko and prepared by his student Alexander F. Nozdrachev in connection with the 100th anniversary of the Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation. Ivan S. Samoshchenko worked for a long time at the All-Union Research Institute of Soviet Legislation (one of the former names of the Institute), headed it, was the First Deputy Minister of Justice of the USSR, organized work on the systematization of Soviet legislation, was one of the authors of the USSR Constitution of 1977.
