Migration is a process and an event. This paper tries to discuss the rights that often get disturbed while on the move. It also discusses the challenges involved thereof while relocating. Establishing a linkage between migration and education, the paper tries to cover the challenges faced by migrant children in the face of this whole process of migration and how it effects not only the education system of our country, but the very manpower that are its real strength.
