Administrative and Legal Combating of Security Threats against Penal Institutions

This article is devoted to the legal and organizational issues of countering the destructive behavior of persons in prison for participating in extremist activities, as well as preventing the admission of prohibited items to penal institutions. The paper considers administrative and legal mechanisms to strengthen responsibility for committed offenses using various forms and methods that effectively counteract illegal behavior.
