A lot has been written about the remedies available to students with disabilities who prevail in complaints under the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 504 post Cummings v. Premier Rehab Keller. But colleges and universities need to know the limited remedies available to them if they prevail in disability rights litigation, that is, attorneys’ fees in very rare instances and costs.
